30-Day Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within
30 days from the original date of purchase for a full refund, minus our shipping
costs.
All items to be returned require a Return Authorization number - call us toll
free at 1-877-473-5934 to get an RA#. Returns will not be accepted without prior
authorization.
Items must be returned in their original packaging, in good condition, and
include all accessories and manuals. A restocking fee of 20% will be charged if
items and/or packaging are missing.
If you are returning an electrical appliance, please call for special
shipping instructions.
This return policy does not apply to commercial appliances, or to products
used in commercial establishments.
Sale Price Guarantee
If you buy a product from us and see it offered elsewhere for less within 30
days of the date of original purchase, we will refund the difference to you -
simply provide us with the website address or a copy of the printed
